I'm still getting used to sleeping with mouth tape. I really appreciate the soft flexible material it is made out of, very comfortable. And I really appreciate the lack of dry mouth.
I use it every night. I love it. It would be nice if it were a little more reusable. I take medications throughout the day, including an hour before I get up in the mornings, so if I wake up anytime after four, I'll take the pill. Sometimes it's easy to get the tape back on, but sometimes it doesn't stick around the edges too well. But again that could just be my thing. Other than that, I love it.
